By downloading, installing, or using the No Food Waste mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

No Food Waste is a mobile application designed to help users track food inventory, manage expiration dates, create shopping lists, and reduce food waste through AI-powered suggestions and receipt scanning features.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Available Plans

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Basic Plan - Free with limited features
• Pro Monthly Subscription - $2.99 (USD) per month
• Max Monthly Subscription - $4.99 (USD) per month

3.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
• You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time

3.3 Free Basic Plan

The Basic Plan is provided free of charge and includes:

• 3 receipt scans per month
• 3 AI-assisted menu & item suggestions per month
• Track unlimited food items
• Daily inventory summary notifications
• Create & manage shopping lists
• Manual inventory item entry

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices. All data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to use cloud sync features.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by No Food Waste and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NO FOOD WASTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This agreement is between you and No Food Waste, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App

By using No Food Waste, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them.
